"I had an awesome experience with Ms. Esther. I had not gotten my hair cut in a couple years because I have had very bad experiences with my hair. Ms. Esther was very kind, patient, and accommodating to my needs. This is the first haircut in my life where I felt like it was exactly what I wanted.
